The pool is large and the overall house had a great ambiance. It was clean, spacious, and we felt like it was our home away from home. Brandy was an awesome host….very generous, helpful, and excellent communicator. The place was nice, I really enjoyed my stay……it’s definitely pricy for long term rentals i think they should consider a steeper discount for long term rentals and include utilities in the cost of the stay….especially when you consider that similar places in the neighborhood only rent for 2500/ mo and this house is $4600/mo on air bnb BEFORE utilities. I get that it’s fully furnished but I don’t think that warrants an extra $2000/mo. There was one issue with the plumbing…..the toilets never stop running which jacks up the water bill. Other than that, Brandy is awesome and the place is beautiful.

We really enjoyed our visit to Brandy’s place! The place is spacious and comfortable, with everything we needed. It was accessible for our father, who uses a wheelchair. It was a great place to stay while we visited all our Bakersfield family. The neighborhood is a good place to go for walks, and many restaurants and shops are a short drive away. Centennial Park is a 10 minute walk, and there’s a playground for kids there. Brandy was very welcoming and responded quickly to our questions.

Spacious, comfortable and beautiful home! We were in town for a girls’ weekend, attending a bridal shower. The bedrooms were very comfortable and we really enjoyed the open layout of the two living rooms, kitchen and large backyard. We didn’t get to spend much time in the house since we were in town for family and wedding festivities but it was nice to have a relaxing and comfortable home to come back to after being out and about all day & evening. We really enjoyed the space. There was plenty of room for activities and to set up the playpen for our twin infants. The master bedroom was comfortable and could be easily set at the temperature we liked. The bathrooms were fantastic especially the master suite. We unfortunately didn't get to use the backyard due to weather but it looked very inviting from the windows! Lots of opportunities for natural light.

Our family comes to Bakersfield twice a year for the pediatric therapy intensives at LEAP. I really appreciate the location of Brandy’s house which is so conveniently located next to LEAP and a ton of great restaurants like Moo Creamery and Tommy’s pizza. Unfortunately we had to pay an extra fee to cover the added people just for dinner. I understand the rules that there can only be so many people but we were not having a party and it was just family and they all left within a few hours but overall the experience of using an air b&b was really great and better than I would have expected. I would recommend this host and her home.

We had a great stay visiting family members in the area. The house is as good as the pictures depicted. The area felt super safe and quiet even though it was near a lot of businesses. The house was comfortable and clean. We didn’t find the beds comfortable but I think that’s just personal preference. It was too soft for us with mattress toppers.
Water from the sink was never got warm enough and one of the showers had water that was a bit too hot and we weren’t able to adjust it further. All minor stuff that we didn’t feel like we had to bother the host. Overall, it was a great experience and we were super comfortable. We will stay here again.

Brandy’s home smelled fresh and clean upon entering. Cute and newer decor. Newer carpet, flooring and finished felt clean and were very pretty. All bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious with lots of room for your items. Had everything we needed. The beds we used were comfortable and bedding was new and fresh. Neighborhood was quiet while we were there. Pool table was fun. Brandy communicated with us and was positively helpful for our needs during our stay and wished us a great day for our son’s wedding!

The place was nice. A/C worked very good. We were there when it was 109! Plenty of seating and 4 bedrooms was great. There was not a crib or pac n play in the house which was listed, only a bassinet. So unless they get added, bring your own if you’re going to need one, probably not a crib, but a pac n play if your child sleeps in one. We had a very quiet time there. Location was also great for our needs. Brandy was very helpful and responded quickly.

My husband & I stayed with Brandy for two weeks while in between our new home after newly moving to Bakersfield from NC. Checkin was an easy process after asking Brandy for the appropriate door code. House was clean and very spacious - back yard was fenced. The neighborhood felt safe - we had no issues. The home is older and needs some TLC in a few areas in regards to broken + stained furniture and some repairs. One short coming of our stay would be communication. We had a few issues arise that could have been communicated more efficiently. The master bedroom was very spacious and comfortable - the bed slept well and it was nice to watch tv in bed at night! All in all, not a bad stay.

We had a wonderful time in this house as a family, but were also able to work well due to the great technical equipment.
